Scheduling an appointment:
A physician referral is required for an appointment with our sleep disorder specialists. Evaluation and treatment by the sleep disorder center is covered by most insurance policies and Medicare. Always check with your insurance carrier before undergoing any procedure. Patients may be evaluated by a sleep specialist at the request of the referring physician if a sleep study is required.
