Dr. Lee Sacks received an undergraduate degree from University of Pennsylvania and a medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He completed a Family Practice residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Dr. Sacks has been the President of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians and on the Commission of Health Care Services of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Chairman of the Institute for Clinical Quality and Value..
