- Two (2) consecutive letter grades of D in clinical courses or two (2) concurrent letter grades of D (clinical and didactic) may result in dismissal.
- Earning a letter grade of "F" in a course will necessitate that the student repeat the course the next time it is offered in the curriculum.
- Earning a letter grade of "F", is limited to two courses for the entire curriculum.
- Earning a third letter grade of "F", in any course, will necessitate that the student be dismissed from the program.
