About the Foundation

As the philanthropic arm of Advocate Health Care, the Foundation's mission is to build relationships and partnerships across Chicagoland that will inspire charitable giving by individuals, foundations, corporations and organizations. These gifts help to support the mission of Advocate Health Care to improve the health status of the communities it serves. Advocate Charitable Foundation's philanthropic program focuses on attracting national, regional and local support for patient care, education, research and community-based health services across Advocate's more than 260 sites of care.
