Beneficiary Information:
From the very latest techniques in state-of-the art cancer care to a highly trained, dedicated team of cancer care oncologists, nurses and social workers, the Creticos Cancer Center at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center provides individualized, compassionate care to patients who are affected with all types of cancers. The center, which serves more then 12,000 patients annually, is also the only Gilda's Club satellite clubhouse in Chicago, providing free group support services to anyone in the community touched by cancer.

"Reaching New Heights" is a special gala event showcasing the unique care Creticos Cancer Center offers. Funds raised from the gala will complete a two-year renovation of the center. Remaining spaces to be renovated include: 10 patient exam rooms, one special procedure room, four physician consult rooms, and one patient education room. Those who sponsor the gala with gifts of $5,000 or more may receive name recognition at these newly remodeled spaces in addition to other sponsorship benefits.

From the North:
Take Lake Shore Drive south (Route 41) to the Grand Avenue exit. Turn right and continue west on Grand Avenue to North Wabash Avenue (approximately six blocks). Turn left (south) onto North Wabash Avenue and proceed three blocks to 401 North Wabash Avenue. Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago will be on the left.

-Or - Take the Edens Expressway east (Route I-94) toward Chicago. Continue south on I-94 East merging onto the Kennedy Expressway eastbound (Route I-90|94). Exit at Ohio Street (exit number 50 B). Drive half a mile to North Wabash Avenue. Turn right (south) onto North Wabash Avenue and proceed four blocks to 401 North Wabash Avenue. Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago will be on the left.

From the South:
Take the Dan Ryan Expressway west (Route I-94). Exit at Grand Avenue. Turn left (west) onto Grand Avenue and proceed approximately 7 blocks to North Wabash Avenue. Turn right (south) onto North Wabash Avenue and proceed four blocks to 401 North Wabash Avenue. Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago will be on the left.

-Or - Take Lake Shore Drive north (Route 41). Exit at Grand Avenue. Turn left (west) onto Grand Avenue and proceed approximately 7 blocks to North Wabash Avenue. Turn left (south) onto North Wabash Avenue and proceed three blocks to 401 North Wabash Avenue. Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago will be on the left.

From the West:
Take the Eisenhower Expressway east (Route I-290). Proceed east until you reach the Kennedy Expressway (Route I-90|94). Merge onto the Kennedy Expressway westbound (I-90|94 west). Exit at Ohio Street (exit number 50 B). Drive half a mile to North Wabash Avenue. Turn right (south) onto North Wabash Avenue and proceed four blocks to 401 North Wabash Avenue. Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago will be on the left.
