The Men's Association of Lutheran General Hospital 33rd Annual Golf Outing

Join us for the Men's Association of Lutheran General Hospital's 33rd Annual Golf Outing on Tuesday, June 10, 2008.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Advocate Lutheran General Children's Hospital annual Peds in the Weeds Picnic which supports pediatric patients and their families; The Dr. Richard G. and Carol Caldwell Breast Center of Advocate Lutheran Hospital; and various other special programs that distinguish Advocate Lutheran General Hospital as one of the nation's top 100 hospitals serving the northern Chicago and northwest suburbs.
Golf tickets are $275 per person or $1,000 per foursome and includes greens fees, lunch, cocktails and dinner.
Dinner-only tickets are $50 per person and include cocktails and dinner.

Directions:
From East/Chicago:
Exit I-94 at Route 60 west (Town Line Road), go 4 miles to Butterfield Road. Turn right (north), go 1 mile to Gregg's Parkway (stoplight). Turn right (east) and take Gregg's Parkway 1/4 mile. The club entrance is on the right side.
From North:
Take Butterfield Road 1 mile south of Route 176. Turn left (east) on Gregg's Parkway (stoplight). Take Gregg's Parkway 1/4 mile. The club entrance is on the right side.
From West/Northwest Suburbs:
Take Route 53 North to Lake-Cook Road. Exit going east to Arlington Heights Road. Turn left (north) on Arlington Heights Road to Route 83. Turn left (north) on Route 83 to Route 60. Turn right (east) to Butterfield Road. Turn left (north) on Butterfield Road and go one mile to the second stoplight, which is Gregg's Parkway. Turn right (east). The club entrance is 1/4 mile on the right side.
