Bethany Hospital Community Health Fund Awards 27 grants
 Advocate Health Care has established the Advocate Bethany Hospital Community Health Fund to provide $1 million per year through 2020, to support community-based efforts to address health disparities and their determinants, and to promote health and wellness in five targeted communities served by Advocate Bethany Hospital.
