We are a community-based group practice providing services for babies, children, teens, adults and seniors. At Advocate Health Center-Burbank, we listen and respond to your needs and share the Advocate values of treating every patient as an individual with dignity and respect.

Our Office Hours:
Monday & Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Special Services
For your convenience, on-site services available at Advocate Health Center-Burbank include laboratory services. In addition to primary care, appointments can also be made with specialists in gastroenterology. The Center also offers disease management programs: Diabetic classes, and a Coumadin Clinic.

Hospital Care
If you need hospital services, your physician can refer you and your family to Little Company of Mary Hospital, Advocate Christ Medical Center or Advocate Hope Children's Hospital.
