Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m.- 7 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.- 1 p.m.
Special Services
For your convenience, on-site services include diabetic counseling, laboratory and x-ray.
Hospital Care
If you need hospital services, your physician can refer you and your family to Advocate Trinity Hospital, or Advocate South Suburban Hospital. For specialized inpatient services, your physician can refer you to Advocate Christ Medical Center.
