We are a community-based group practice providing services for babies, children, teens, adults, and seniors. At Advocate Health Center Frankfort, we listen and respond to your needs
and share the Advocate values of treating every patient as an individual with dignity and respect.

Our Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday & Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Special Services:
For your convenience, on–site services include Primary Care Physicians, laboratory, and x-ray.

Hospital Care:
If you need hospital services, your physician can refer you and your family to Advocate South Suburban Hospital.
