We are a community-based group practice providing services for babies, children, and teens, adults and seniors. At Advocate Health Center-Irving and Western, we listen and respond to your needs and share the Advocate values of treating every patient as an individual with dignity and respect.

Our Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Special Services
For your convenience, on-site services include mammography, laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound and a Coumadin Clinic. In addition to primary care, appointments can be made with a number of specialists:
