Our Office Hours:
Monday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Special Services
For your convenience, we have an on site laboratory, diabetes education and a Coumadin Clinic. In addition to primary care, appointments can also be made with a variety of specialists:
- Infectious Disease
- Neurology
- Obstetrics/Gynecology
- Podiatry
- Surgery
Hospital Care
If you need hospital services, your physician can refer you and your family to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
