We are a community-based group practice providing services for adults and seniors. At Advocate Health Center-North Riverside, we listen and respond to your needs and share the Advocate values of treating every patient as an individual with dignity and respect.

Our Office Hours:
Monday: 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
Wednesday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Alternating Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Special Services
For your convenience, on-site services include EKG and laboratory.

Hospital Care
If you need hospital services, your physician can refer you and your family to West Suburban Medical Center or an Advocate Hospital.
