We are a community-based group practice providing services for babies, children, and teens, adults and seniors. At Advocate Health Center-Orland Square, we listen and respond to your needs and share the Advocate values of treating every patient as an individual with dignity and respect.

Our Office Hours:
Monday and Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon)

Special Services
For your convenience, on-site services include laboratory, x-ray and nutritional counseling. In addition to primary care, appointments can also be made with specialists in gastroenterology and urology.

Hospital Care
If you need hospital services, your physician can refer you and your family to Advocate Christ Medical Center, Advocate Hope Children's Hospital, Advocate South Suburban Hospital or Little Company of Mary Hospital.
