We are a community-based group practice providing services for babies, children, and teens, adults and seniors. At Advocate Health Center-South Holland, we listen and respond to your needs and share the Advocate values of treating every patient as an individual with dignity and respect.

Our Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Special Services
On-site services include laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound, diabetic counseling and Coumadin Clinic. In addition to primary care, appointments can also be made with specialists in cardiology, dermatology and a gastroenterology nurse practitioner.

Hospital Care
If you need hospital services, your physician can refer you and your family to Advocate South Suburban Hospital. For specialized inpatient services, your physician can also refer you to Advocate Christ Medical Center.
