We are a community-based group practice providing services for babies, children, and teens, adults and seniors. At Advocate Health Center-Sykes Center, we listen and respond to your needs and share the Advocate values of treating every patient as an individual with dignity and respect.

Our Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
