Welcome to the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Advocate Christ Medical Center. Congratulations on choosing internal medicine as a career and thank you for your interest in our program.
Our program offers world-class training by exposing residents to an array of pathology in various fields of internal medicine. Advocate Christ Medical Center is the largest tertiary care facility with the busiest emergency room in this region, where we encounter diverse patient populations and diseases. We were selected as one of the Top 100 hospitals in the USA by Thomson Reuters with nationally ranked cardiovascular and geriatric services. Our program is sponsored by University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where our residents may choose to rotate and conduct research.
Our faculty members are friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated to medical education. Our residents enjoy the family-like atmosphere of the program. Additionally, our ancillary staff is excellent and administrative services are extremely responsive to resident concerns.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Good luck on the trail and we look forward to meeting you soon.
