Annual Graduate Medical Education Institutional Guidelines Compliance Review

PURPOSE:
|

To periodically monitor and ensure compliance with the Institutional Requirements
|
|
POLICY:
|
|
The Director of Medical Education will report annually to the Education and Research Committee, on compliance with the Institutional Requirements.
|
Procedure
- The Director of Medical Education will prepare a written report at the end of each academic year on the compliance with the Institutional Requirements.
- The report will include an updated "Summary of Institutional Citations in Accreditation Letters".
- The report will be presented to the Education and Research Committee during the first quarter of the following academic year.
- The Committee will review the report and, if there are deficiencies, will request that the Director of Medical Education present a follow-up report in three to six months on addressing the deficiencies.
