Advocate Health Care named one of the Top Workplaces for a third time
Oak Brook, III — For the third year in a row, Advocate Health Carehas been named as one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces by the Chicago Tribune.
Surveys were sent to 2,000 randomly selected Advocate associates who rated the organization’s emphasis on work-life balance, quality of leadership and benefits among other categories. The positive feedback placed Advocate, with its nearly 32,000 associates, among the top 25 largest companies in the Chicago metropolitan area and the top non-profit organization on the list.
The Tribune surveyed 254 businesses and 80,000 employees for their annual list that seeks the best places to work based on their dynamic, supportive and inclusive culture.
