Bring your friends and family to dance, learn simple ways to stay healthy, enjoy music,
and participate in health screenings!

Brought to you by Advocate BroMenn Spirit of Women,
with Heartland Community College!

Date: Saturday, February 23, 2013

Time: 8 a.m. - Noon

Location: Heartland Community College, Fitness & Recreation Center, 1500 W. Raab Road Normal, IL

Admission Fee: Donation of non-perishable food items or a cash donation at the door for Midwest Food Bank

Day of Dance for Heart Health® is an interactive community event celebrating the benefits of dance and exercise in the prevention of heart disease, the number one killer of women. Spirit of Women hospitals across the country will be participating in this national event to inspire women to take action to protect their heart and health.

This year's event features the following Advocate Medical Group physician presentations:

9 – 9:30 am - James McCriskin, DO: "What is Heart Failure?"
9:45 – 10:15 am - Marcia Hauter, MD: "The Reality of Diabetes"
10:30 – 11 am - Sasikala Royyuru, MD and Qamer Syeda, MD: "Heart for the Heart: Lowering Your Risk of Heart Disease"

Each presentation takes place in upper level class room 2008.
