Healthcare to Organizations (H2O) is a user-friendly outreach service provided to employers by BroMenn.

H2O Orientation/Needs Assessment
This orientation and assessment provides H2O Partners with information about the H2O Program, as well as information about how they can take advantage of a full menu of services.

Health Risk Assessments
HRAs offer employees the chance to get a clear picture of their current health status and risks, and it offers employers a report indicating the health of their workforce.  The BroMenn Wellness Department comes directly to your location and meets with each individual for their HRA.

Health Fair Participation
For those organizations that hold internal health fairs or events, BroMenn can provide a variety of assistance, including speakers, pamphlets, screenings, a booth, or brochures as needed.

Monthly Employee E-News Publication
This e-publication offers employees useful and fun information about common health issues, nutrition and exercise, as well as how they can best use their company's partnership in the H2O Program.

Quarterly Employer Print Newsletter
This newsletter is sent to the CEO/HR executive at each Partner Company.  It is designed to provide organizations with hard-hitting facts and information they can apply to keep their employees healthy and their workforce safe.

Occupational Health Information
(Access to Occupational Health Services at HealthPoint in Bloomington-Normal or Town & Country in Eureka). H2O Partners will be offered information about occupational health services that can be distributed to employees, as well as posted in common areas.

VIP Invitations to Quarterly Events
H2O Partners will be notified about special H2O sponsored events and programs happening at or in conjunction with BroMenn, giving them first access to available seats.

Speaker's Bureau
Many times, an organization needs a speaker or information to support a program or event they are providing to employees.  BroMenn has physicians and other medical experts available for speaking presentations, as well as pamphlets, brochures, and other information for distribution.
