Pay your hospital bill online -- securely!

Now you can pay your Advocate BroMenn Medical Center or Advocate Eureka Hospital bill online, through our secure system.  It's safe, easy and convenient!  Simply have your most recent hospital bill and a major credit card handy to make an online payment today.

Spreading Cheer

If you have a loved one in the hospital, we encourage you to visit. Personal interaction has been shown to foster healing. (Note: If you are exhibiting any signs of illness, such as cold or flu, please postpone your visit until you are healthy again.  If you feel you must visit, please ask at the hospital front desk or the nurses station for a surgical mask to wear during your visit.)   If you can't be there in person, sending well-wishes is easy with our Cheer Cards. You can send a Cheer Card to a patient's room or directly to their Email inbox. Our gift shop would also be happy to assist you in finding the perfect gift or flower arrangement.

Patient Information

Part of our mission statement is to educate our community, which fosters an environment of trust. Each patient at a BroMenn facility has specific rights and responsibilities, which are vital to providing the best care.

BroMenn encourages the use of advance directives. This section can guide you with items such as a living will or durable power of attorney.

Visitor Information

At BroMenn, we realize that visitors and loved ones can play a vital role in the healing process. Prior to visiting one of our facilities, please check the visitor guide for specific visiting hours.

BroMenn provides a smoke-free environment for our patients, staff and visitors. We ask that if you need to smoke, please do so only in designated areas.

Internet Access

Both Advocate BroMenn Medical Center and Advocate Eureka Hospital have Internet access available to visitors.

At Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, patients and visitors can enjoy free wireless Internet access (WiFi) throughout the facility.  Simply use the "bromenn-guest" wireless connection from your laptop computer or other wireless device.  If you are unable to connect or if you experience difficulties accessing the Internet or a website, please consult the device's owner's manual or technical support service; BroMenn staff are unable to assist with these issues.  Please note that inappropriate web sites will be blocked and unavailable from the "bromenn-guest" wireless connection. Anyone using BroMenn's wireless network is forewarned that there can be no expectation of security or privacy during use, and your device should have up-to-date virus protection.

A computer with free Internet access is available for patient or visitor use in the Medical Center's Surgery Waiting Area, the ICU Waiting/Family Lounge, and the Cardiovascular Care Unit (CVCU) Family Waiting Room.

At Eureka, a laptop computer with Internet access is available to patients and visitors at the nurses station on the Inpatient Nursing Unit.

Ensuring Patient Safety

In an effort to ensure patient safety and public trust, our Chief Nursing Officer will handle questions about our staffing levels and staff competence.
