The BroMenn Provider Network is a Physician Hospital Organization, (PHO) consisting of over 400 health care provider members, two acute care hospitals and multiple affiliated outpatient facilities and clinics.
We facilitate discounted rates off services on behalf of our member providers with National Insurance Plans/Networks. With these contracts, we are able to bring our member providers to you.
The BroMenn Provider Network attempts to contract with larger national plans for in network services. Your Member ID Card must show the logo of a contracted system/insurance/payor. Without this logo, you may not be in network for services rendered thru our providers and facilities.
