The Cardiac Rehabilitation program at BroMenn Medical Center is designed for those individuals who have experienced a heart attack, heart surgery or other cardiac event. Tailored to meet the individuals needs, the program combines exercise and education in an effort to return the individual to an active healthy lifestyle.
Divided into three distinct phases, the program covers immediate to long-term needs. All phases of the program involve close communication with the patients primary care physician and members of the cardiac rehabilitation team.
