Compassionate Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment

You asked for experts who understand, for programs that make a difference. We responded with a caring, experienced staff who will walk beside you and your loved one on your journey to recovery. Advocate Christ Medical Center's range of mental health and substance abuse services includes:

  • Adult and adolescent psychiatric programs to promote mental health, stability and wellness through a caring, safe and highly specialized inpatient program.
  • Adult and adolescent partial hospitalization programs to provide short-term, intensive treatment for people with acute psychiatric symptoms.
  • Substance abuse-partial hospitalization program to provide short-term, intensive treatment for the chemically addicted adult.
  • Adolescent early intervention program to help young people, ages 12 to 18, who are abusing alcohol or other drugs.
  • Older adult inpatient program to help older adults regain psychological stability when experiencing an emotional or mental illness. 

We also offer free adolescent drug and alcohol evaluations, an adolescent smoking cessation program, support groups, screenings, educational sessions and other community health activities.
