Advocate Christ Medical Center Adult Outpatient Nutrition Services provide personalized nutrition counseling according to your prescribed diet, medical history and nutritional goals. Registered Dietitians are licensed professionals and are required to complete continuing education for maintenance of state licensure.
Individual Nutrition Counseling
Individual Nutrition Counseling helps ensure that you receive a customized meal plan based on your specific health condition and preferences. During this session, you will learn how to eat healthier and still enjoy your favorite foods!
Scheduling an Appointment
To make an appointment, call (708).684.1029. A physician referral is not required, unless you have an HMO insurance plan. For individual insurance coverage, check with your insurance provider. Nutrition counseling is provided by our Registered Dietitian. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, including evenings.
