The Center for Hearing serves all age groups.
The audiologists at the Center for Hearing provide patients and their families with the most comprehensive hearing care available, whether it be to confirm a hearing loss, facilitate an understanding of hearing loss or assist with amplification to help improve everyday listening and communication. The team will thoroughly explain test results and provide patients with recommendations to help with their hearing or balance needs.
We offer many comprehensive services, including:
- Hearing assessment - pure tone and speech audiometry, tympanograms, acoustic reflex and otoacoustic emission tests
- Newborn hearing screening follow-up - auditory brainstem response evaluations (nonsedated) and comprehensive otoacoustic emission testing
- Balance assessment - Videonystagmography (VNG) or electronystagmography (ENG) testing for patients with vertigo, dizziness or balance concerns
- Hearing aid services - comprehensive hearing aid selection, fittings and repairs for a variety of hearing aids (entry level to the most advanced digital signal processing).
