The 6th Annual Heart and Vascular Symposium, Prevention to Cure, will be held in the Advocate Christ Medical Center auditorium on Wednesday, February 13, hosted by the Heart and Vascular Institute.
All physicians including primary care physicians, cardiovascular physicians, surgeons and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of cardiac patients are invited to attend the symposium.
Main conference objectives to be discussed through various lectures will include: comparison of endovascular treatments for acute stroke, identifying patients who will benefit from Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), benefits of percutaneous aortic intervention and differentiate diagnostic studies to improve patient outcomes and cost effectiveness of pre-operative testing.
