Dr. Campanella directs the stroke program at the Neurosciences Institute. He is a board certified neurologist and graduated from Midwestern University. Arthur Itkin, MD

Dr. Itkin directs the multiple sclerosis program at the Neurosciences Institute and was instrumental in earning Advocate Christ Medical Center distinction from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a designated treatment center. He is a board certified neurologist and psychiatrist. Dr. Itkin completed his medical training and residency at the University of Chicago. Ebby P. Jido, MD

Dr. Jido is the Medical Director for the pain management program at Advocate Christ Medical Center’s Neuroscience Institute and is a board certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist. Co-chairing the Neurosciences Institute co-chairman and chairing the department of neurology at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Dr. Wichter is a board certified neurologist. He pioneered the stroke center at Christ Medical Center and manages the stroke program for the entire Advocate system. Dr. Wichter graduated from New York Medical College and completed his residency at New York University. His clinical interests include the development of new technologies, devices and medication to treat aneurysms and stroke, addressing the cognitive issues associated with stroke, as well as clinical research to further advance treatments of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease.
