Yelena Boumendjel, D.P.M.

Dr. Boumendjel earned her doctor of podiatric medicine degree from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed prestigious residency program in advanced foot and ankle surgery at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. Dr. Boumendjel is board qualified in foot, reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Her expertise encompasses foot and ankle trauma management, sports injuries, arthroscopy, limb salvage procedures, diabetic infection management, reconstruction of foot and ankle deformities, management of dermatologic conditions, rheumatoid foot and ankle problems, pediatric foot and ankle conditions, wound care including advanced modalities and grafting,  surgical laser procedures, conservative and surgical management of degenerative arthritis of foot and ankle.


Duane Brann, D.P.M.

Dr. Brann is board certified in foot and ankle surgery. He received his medical degree from the Dr. William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed residency training at Central Community Hospital in Chicago. His clinical interests include foot and ankle disorders, reconstructive surgery, diabetic foot disorders, and limb preservation.

 


George Branovacki, M.D.

Dr. Branovacki graduated from Northwestern University Medical School and completed his Orthopaedic surgical residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his adult reconstruction fellowship training at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. His specialty is adult re-constructive surgery and sports medicine.  Dr. Branovacki has interest in cartilage preservation, restoration surgery and total joint revisions. He performs surgical cases using new advanced technology such as an iPod to increase joint placement accuracy. He is fluent in Polish.


Steven A Chandler, D.O. 

Dr. Chandler received his doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University.  He then completed his internship and residency program at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. In July 2007 Dr. Chandler completed his fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.  He offers an innovative approach to treating general orthopedic problems and musculoskeletal injuries with advanced techniques. He provides continuous care from injury through recovery from traumatic musculoskeletal injuries, including: bone loss, complex pelvic/acetabular fractures, fracture non-unions and soft tissue problems.


Salman Chaudri, D.O.

Dr. Chaudri received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL and completed his internship and residency at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL. He completed his fellowship training specializing in Sports Medicine at the L.A. Orthopedic Institute of Los Angeles, CA. in August 2009.  He currently serves as the team physician for Evergreen Park High School.


Michael A. DeVito, D.P.M

Dr. DeVito is board certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He attended Ohio State University and graduated from the Scholl college of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in 1991. He completed residency training in foot and ankle surgery at Mercy Hospital in Chicago and fellowship at Doctors Hospital of Hyde Park. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. He has special interest in all phases of foot surgery including bunionectomy, hammertoe repair, metatarsal deformity and soft tissue procedures.


Harun Durudogan, D.O.

Dr. Durudogan received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. His internship was completed at both Rush Presbyterian, St. Luke's and Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (CCOM). CCOM was also where he completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. He has been in private practice since 1997. In 2003, He founded Southwest Center for Healthy Joints. This state of the art facility offers a one stop shopping approach to individualized Orthopedic care. He is a General Orthopedic Surgeon with emphasis on joint replacement, sports medicine and hand. His personalized orthopedic approach is in accordance with his philosophy that "Motion is Life."


John F. Grady, D.P.M.

Dr. Grady received his doctor of podiatric medicine from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago followed with a residency in foot and ankle surgery at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital.  He is a renowned board certified foot & ankle surgeon who has developed many types of reconstructive surgeries, such as complex diabetic Charcot reconstruction. Dr. Grady has received advanced training in peripheral nerve decompression and repair with Dr. Lee Dellon at Johns Hopkins University. He also has advanced training in the use of external fixation for correction of deformities from Ilizarov Training Institute in Kurgan, Russia. Dr. Grady is one of only a handful of ankle replacement surgeons in Illinois. Dedicated to conducting research on the care of diabetic ulcerations, Dr. Grady has become one of only a small number of physicians in Illinois who is board certified in wound care.


Anton Fakhouri, M.D., FACS, FICS
A board certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Fakhouri received his medical degree from Rush Medical College. He completed his internship and residency training at the Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit and served an orthopedic fellowship in hand and upper extremities at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Fakhouri lectures on hand therapy at several university medical schools in Chicago. His clinical interests include hand surgery and microsurgical limb reconstruction.


James Leonard, M.D.

Dr. Leonard graduated from Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, and he pursued a sports medicine and shoulder surgery fellowship at Vanderbilt University.  He completed his residency at University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.

He specializes in shoulder reconstruction, arthroscopy and sports medicine.  He currently serves as the team physician for Carl Sandburg High School, Marist High School, Windy City Magic Basketball and the American Hearing Impaired Hockey Association (AHIHA).


Richard Lim, M.D.

Dr. Lim graduated from the honors program in medical education at Northwestern University Medical School and completed his Orthopedic Residency at McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern University in Chicago. Next, he pursued specialized post-graduate fellowship training at the Spine Institute for Special Surgery in Louisville, Kentucky where he was extensively trained in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of spinal disorders. Since 1997, Dr. Lim has devoted his practice solely to the treatment of Orthopedic Surgery with a concentration on spinal problems specializing in the treatment of disorders with the cervical and lumbar spine, spine deformity cases and cervical disc disease. Dr. Lim is the co-director of the Bone and Joint Institute and co-director of the Spine Program at Advocate Christ Medical Center.


Laura Linde, D.P.M., C.W.S.

Dr. Linde graduated from Chicago’s Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her residency program in podiatric medicine and advanced foot and ankle surgery at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. Dr. Linde is a board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in foot surgery, rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery and is board certified wound care specialist.  Her podiatric services include: lower extremity sports injuries, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, bioengineered skin grafting, limb salvage, arthroscopy, fracture management, joint replacement, fusions, surgical laser techniques, Charcot reconstruction, diabetic wound care, transplant surgery techniques, and fixation devices.


Kevin Luke, M.D.
Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Luke received his medical degree from Rush Medical College. He completed his residency training at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Luke's clinical interests include cartilage regeneration and reconstruction and computer-assisted navigation surgery.


Sarah Mahowald, D.P.M.

Dr. Mahowald studied at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine where she earned her doctorate of podiatric medicine. She completed her residency program in advanced foot and ankle surgery at the Veteran's Administration Chicago Healthcare System. She is board qualified in forefoot and rearfoot surgery. Her podiatric expertise includes diabetic wound care, limb salvage, lower extremity sports injuries, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, advanced wound care modalities, arthroscopy, trauma and fracture management, ankle fusions, ankle replacements, surgical laser techniques, Charcot reconstruction, and implant surgery techniques.


James Moravek, M.D.

Dr. Moravek completed his medical degree and residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Michigan and a fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow surgery and arthroscopic Sports Medicine at the nearby Beaumont Health System in Royal Oak, MI.  He specializes in treating patients in orthopaedic sports medicine, with special interests in the shoulder, elbow, and knee, as well as general orthopaedic fractures.  He has several research publications on topics such as the rotator cuff, total shoulder replacement, reverse shoulder replacement, impingement syndrome, meniscal tears and ankle injuries.


Jose Perez-Sanz, M.D.

Dr. Perez-Sanz is a Board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon.  He studied shoulder surgery under Charles S. Neer, the father of modern shoulder surgery.  Dr. Perez-Sanz’s clinical interests include arthroscopic and open reconstructive shoulder surgery.  He has devoted his career to the surgical and non-surgical care of shoulder problems.  Dr. Perez-Sanz is past president of the Illinois Association of Orthopedic Surgeon and speaks five languages.


Telly Psaradellis, M.D.
Dr. Psaradellis is a board certified orthopedic surgeon.  He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Psaradellis served an orthopedic trauma fellowship at OrthoIndy in Indianapolis. His clinical interests include pelvic and acetabular fractures and surgery.


Luis Redondo, M.D.

Dr. Redondo graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his orthopedic surgical residency at Rush Medical Center in Chicago. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Redondo is certified in Surgery and he received his sub-specialty board certification in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Redondo’s interests are in adult re-constructive surgery, total joint replacements, sports medicine and Visco Supplementation. He is a Diplomat of American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Board of Sports Medicine. He is fluent in Spanish.


Isabel Rojas, D.P.M.

Dr. Rojas graduated with her doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She received her residency certificate from the department of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center of Chicago.

She is a bilingual foot care specialist, well-versed in forefoot and rear foot/ankle surgery, including trauma management and reconstruction.  Dr. Rojas is able to employ both medical and surgical approaches to treat various foot disorders including those associated with diabetes. She is skilled in employing biomechanical approaches such as padding and orthotic supports. Dr. Rojas is Fluent in Spanish.


Tara Sakevich, D.P.M

Dr. Sakevich graduated magna cum laude from Chicago's Dr. William M. Scholl College of Pediatric Medicine.  She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in forefoot surgery and rearfoot reconstruction surgery.   Dr. Sakevich is a wound care specialist proficient in diabetic wound care, lower extremity sport injuries, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, bio-engineered skin grafting, limb salvage, arthroscopy, trauma and fracture management, ankle fusion, surgical laser techniques, Charcot reconstruction, implant surgery techniques, and absorbable fixation devices


Nirav Shah, M.D.
Dr. Shah is board certified in orthopedic surgery and received his medical degree from the University of Illinois. He completed his internship and residency training at Northwestern University Medical Center and served a sports medicine fellowship at Methodist and Baylor Sports Medicine Institute in Texas. Dr. Shah's research findings on cartilage regeneration have been published in major medical journals, and he is actively involved in studies to improve cartilage transplantation outcomes. His clinical interests include sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and cartilage regeneration and restoration.


Daniel Troy, M.D.

Dr. Troy is Board certified in orthopedic surgery.  He received his medical degree from Rush Medical College and completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Troy has completed a fellowship in spinal surgery at the Leatherman Spine Center in Louisville, Kentucky and another fellowship in sports medicine at Hughston Sports Medicine Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.  His clinical interests include spinal surgery, sports medicine and general orthopedics.


Michael Weisburger, M.D.

Dr. Weisburger graduated from the University of Maryland medical school in Baltimore, Maryland and pursued his residency at University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.  Next, he completed his fellowship in Hand and Microvascular surgery at SUNY Stony Brook in New York.  He treats all work related hand and arm trauma injuries but specializes and treats patients with carpal tunnel, trigger finger, cubital tunnel, Dequervain’s Disease, Dupuytren’s Disease, hand and wrist fractures and tendon and nerve injuries.


Emil Zager, D.P.M. 

Dr. Emil Zager attended Chicago’s Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine where he earned a doctor of podiatric medicine degree.  Following graduation, Dr. Zager completed his medical and surgery residencies at Oak Forest Hospital and Veterans Administration Chicago Healthcare System, Westside Division. Next, he finished postgraduate training by completing a surgical fellowship at Foot & Ankle Associates, Ltd. He also has advanced certification and is board certified in wound management and foot surgery.  He currently serves as a diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
