The Chicago CyberKnife® Radiosurgery Center at Advocate Christ Medical Center offers patients new hope in the treatment of cancer and non-cancerous tumors. CyberKnife uses targeted doses of radiation to destroy tumors throughout the body. This painless, non-invasive therapy can be a more effective alternative to traditional surgery, and can be used on tumors in sensitive areas of the body, like the brain and spine, that might otherwise be inoperable. Christ Medical Center is one of just three facilities in Illinois, and 42 in the country, to have CyberKnife.

Christ Medical Center also offers patients access to cutting edge clinical trials for the most advanced treatment options available. Guided by the National Cancer Institute and approved by the Commission on Cancer for the American College of Surgeons, our comprehensive cancer program provides skilled care for virtually every type of cancer, including nearly all pediatric cancers. In fact, Advocate Hope Children's Hospital, a premier children's hospital on the campus of Christ Medical Center, houses one of the largest pediatric cancer programs in the Midwest.
