How to begin the program
For all diagnostic testing, a physician referral is required
The stages of the program
- Stage 1: Patient will have a comprehensive hearing evaluation to determine the extent of hearing loss
- Stage 2: The audiologist will consult with the referring physician to discuss
their findings.
- Stage 3: Patients will go through a hearing aid evaluation to determine which
hearing device best serves their needs.
- Stage 4: Patient will be fitted for a hearing aid.
Please note: Not all patients will need to go through all four stages.
