With nearly 100 surgeons in various specialties on staff, Advocate Christ Medical Center performs more than 20,000 surgeries per year, the most in the Chicagoland area. Included in the total are the more than 1,700 adult and pediatric heart surgeries — the most performed in the state of Illinois.
