- Ballroom Dancing
Whether you want to lose weight, impress a lady (or man), add spark to your love life, learn a new skill or have a unique routine for your first wedding dance, I can help you meet your goals. - Pilates Reformer
Choose one of two formats, one-on-one instruction, or small group training, either way try Pilates Reformer training and discover a stronger you! Join Patty Nader, who received her Pilates training from Tensile Strength Studio in Lake Barrington, and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance.
- Speed Up Your Game
This 8-week speed and track workout is for all those who are running anything from 5Ks to marathons and want to improve their time. The class will consist of combination speed workouts from short sprint-like workouts to tempo runs or combinations. Click here for Gurnee
