Libertyville and Gurnee

  • Barre
    Taught by Laura Meyer, this 6-week, 55-minute program strengthens, lengthens and tones  Proper alighnment is our primary focues.

  • Boot Camp for Women
    Join Ashley Carlson for this 8-week, nononsense get down and dirty aerobicbased strength training class. Clo uses time- tested exercises with new techniques to increase muscle strength.

  • Centre Club Jr.
    Centre Club Jr is training program for children 12-15 years of age, which will focus on healthy lifestyle and fitness.  After completion of program, children may join as Centre Club Jr. members.  See Member Services for further information.

  • Pilates Reformer
    Choose one of two formats, one-on-one instruction, or small group training, either way try Pilates Reformer training and discover a stronger you! Join Patty Nader, who received her Pilates training from Tensile Strength Studio in Lake Barrington, and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance.

  • Swim Club Gurnee
    Increase your swim endurance and technique. Prepare for a triathlon. Swim skills are required.

    Tai Chi is a form of Chinese martial arts that is most commonly practiced as a combination of slow, circular movements. This program is a beginner and continuing class combination.
