Advocate Condell Medical Center becomes Lake County's first Level I Trauma Center

Condell's expansive state-of-the-art emergency department has been designed to provide the highest standards of life-saving care - Lake County's only Level I Trauma Center, Pediatric ED, and Accredited Chest Pain Center.

• Immediate access to monitoring, diagnostic imaging, cardiac services, catheterizations, surgeries, and intensive care

Condell respects the needs of our patients and their families for privacy and comfort:

• Separate pediatric treatment rooms and waiting area
• 43 private treatment rooms with solid walls on three sides and sliding glass doors to allow visual monitoring
• Family consultation room for private meetings with the emergency medical staff
