Condell's Community Rehabilitation Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and comprehensive all-day rehabilitation services through Condell's Day Center for Intergenerational Care. Our highly skilled specialists treat a wide variety of patients including those with neurologic or orthopedic diagnoses. Neurologic problems may include stroke, brain injury or Parkinson's Disease. Orthopedic problems may include total joint replacements, neck and back injuries, fractures, sports-related injuries, as well as fibromyalgia and amputations. Community Rehab also provides wound care, bladder health/incontinence therapy and low vision therapy.
Therapy is provided close to home at Condell Medical Office Buildings in Lake Villa, Vernon Hills and Round Lake Beach, at the Medical Center Health Institute inside Centre Clubs in Libertyville and Gurnee, and at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Treatment for children is available through Pediatric Alternatives in Creative Therapy (PACT) in Libertyville.
