Rehabilitation Services

Advocate Condell's Rehabilitation program focuses on the prevention and treatment of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Our physical therapists have expertise in the following areas: sports medicine, low back/spine pain, joint and soft tissue injuries, postural deficiencies, post operative total joint rehabilitation, vestibular dysfunctions, poor balance and neurological conditions including stroke and MS. After a physician ordered comprehensive evaluation is completed, a tailored therapy program is developed to meet your individual needs and goals for therapy.

Our Physical Therapists are graduates of accredited college/university programs receiving a masters or doctorate in physical therapy. They are trained to evaluate and treat a variety of disorders, and continually expand their knowledge on the most current treatments through ongoing in-service training and continuing education courses. Treatment is aimed at guiding patients through the rehabilitation process with the end goal of independence and return to maximum function. You will receive the most out of your physical therapy sessions by working with and following your therapist's instructions. Physical therapy is a team effort between you and your therapist. The more you put in, the more you will get out!
