The Advocate Condell Wound Center is a physician-driven, hospital-based outpatient program that works in conjunction with your primary care physician to provide specialized treatment for problematic wounds. Conveniently located near the entrance of the West Tower at Advocate Condell, the Wound Center is staffed with highly skilled professionals who use evidence-based treatments and therapies including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to get you back on your feet.

Our dedicated doctors and nurses will work with your referring and attending physicians to discuss your care and provide progress reports—all geared toward getting you well and restoring you to optimum health.  While receiving care in the Wound Center, you will continue to see your doctor or specialists as needed.

Most insurance plans, including Medicare, cover specialized wound care services. Your coverage depends on your specific plan. As an added convenience before your first appointment, we will determine and verify your level of coverage.
