Our physical exams are tailored to executives' age and medical history. The following outlines basic exam components. Additional screenings may be recommended based on history or exam findings.
Age 20-30
- Complete Physical Examination
- Occupational and personal health history
- Dipstick urinalysis
- Health counseling
- Blood chemistry profile, includes cholesterol and HDL/LDL
- Audiogram
- Complete vision screening
Age 31-40
- Complete Physical Examination
- Occupational and personal health history
- Dipstick urinalysis
- Health counseling
- Blood chemistry profile, includes cholesterol and HDL/LDL
- Audiogram
- Complete vision screening
- Hemoccult card (test for blood in the stool)
- Spirometry with interpretation (tests lung capacity)
- Chest x-ray (if clinically indicated)
- Mammogram (optional)
Age 41-49
- Complete Physical Examination
- Occupational and personal health history

- Health counseling
- Blood chemistry profile, includes cholesterol and HDL/LDL
- Audiogram
- Complete vision screening
- EKG with interpretation
- Hemoccult card (test for blood in the stool)
- Spirometry with interpretation (tests lung capacity)
- Chest x-ray (if clinically indicated)
- Mammogram (optional, but highly recommended)
- Pap test (optional)
- PSA blood screen (prostate cancer screen, optional, but advised)
Age 50 and over
- Complete Physical Examination
- Occupational and personal health history

- Health counseling
- Blood chemistry profile, includes cholesterol and HDL/LDL
- Audiogram
- Complete vision screening
- EKG

- PSA blood screen (prostate cancer screen, optional, but strongly recommended)
- Flexible sigmoidoscopy (optional but recommended)
- 12 lead stress EKG by cardiologist (if clinically indicated)
