Within the Advocate system, only Illinois Masonic Medical Center offers dental student rotations.
Policies
The following policies are relevant to dental student placement. Please read before applying for a rotation.
Scheduling a Rotation
Students from Affiliated Dental Schools: All dental student rotations are scheduled through the university/college. See Site Specific Information
Students from Non-Affiliated Dental School: Rotations for non-affiliated dental students are not offered at this time.
Forms and Requirements
Once a rotation is scheduled or approved, the following forms and information must be received by the Department Student Coordinator a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the rotation start date. Information can be submitted via e-mail, fax, or postal service to the rotating location (See Site Specific Information). Students must follow-up with the Coordinator to ensure paperwork has been received and processed.
