Free Community Program at Advocate Eureka Hospital

Advocate Eureka Hospital will host a free community program entitled “Take Control – Learn About Your Plumbing!” on Tuesday, August 27 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm, at the hospital, 101 S. Major Ave., Eureka.

Dr.Vicken Chalian, a urologist with Kolb, Chalian & Leak Urology in Bloomington, will lead a discussion on urinary incontinence and related issues, including causes and treatment options for both men and women.

Dr. Chalian will be available to answer questions from the audience.  It is estimated that one in 20 – or 13 million – people in the U.S. suffer from some form of incontinence.  One in four women between the ages of 30 to 59 has experienced urinary incontinence.
