Advocate Eureka Sponsors Third Annual Girls' Night Out
Advocate Eureka Hospital will offer an evening of presentations and pampering at the third annual “Girls’ Night Out: The Many Hats We Wear” on Thursday, October 17, from 5 pm – 8 pm at First Church of the Nazarene, 1601 S. Main Street, Eureka.
Main presentations begin at 5:15 pm with “Staying Active: Joint Protection & Injury Prevention,” by Meghan Moore, an occupational therapist at Eureka Hospital, followed by “Greens, Genes and Breast Cancer,” a presentation by Becky Powell and Mary Kay Holloway, educators at the Community Cancer Center in Normal, at 5:45 p.m. and “Health in Action: Prevention for Optimum Health” by Dr. Carl-Ray Rhoden, a Eureka family medicine physician, at 6:45 pm. Health screenings and exercise mini-classes will also be conducted throughout the event.
The evening will also feature light refreshments, business vendors and other activities.
