Emergencies are never scheduled. That's why our emergency department offers 24-hour care by physicians trained in emergency medicine. In addition, our registered nurses have specialized training in trauma services and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Advocate Eureka Hospital has the only 24-hour emergency department in Woodford County, modern and well-equipped with state-of-the-art life-sustaining technology. Patients can be assured of the highest quality of care possible in an emergency situation.
Urgent Care
If you have a medical need that needs attention but isn't quite an emergency, Eureka Hospital's emergency department also offers Urgent Care services, with no appointment necessary. Urgent Care has convenient evening and weekend hours and can help with minor illnesses or injury, including:
- strains and sprains
- minor cuts and burns
- coughs, colds and flu
- animal and bug bites
- minor aches and pains
- nausea and vomiting
- minor allergic reactions
Urgent Care Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 8 pm Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm Closed holidays
