Urogynecology Center
The Urogynecology Center at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital offers a specialized care team of dedicated physicians, nurses, and physical therapists who have distinctive training and years of experience in the care of women with urinary incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Our physicians believe in offering each woman a choice of therapies and tailoring therapy to her unique situation.

Insurance Coverage Insurance coverage should be ascertained prior to your visit. While most insurance carriers do cover consultation and evaluation services, it is recommended that you contact the carrier for determination of the extent of coverage for this service and the amount of any co-pays. If you have an HMO, please obtain a referral from your primary care physician prior to your first visit.
