At Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, patient safety and quality of care is important to us. As part of Advocate Health Care, a faith-based, non-profit organization, our mission to deliver quality, compassionate care begins and ends with meeting the needs and expectations of our patients. We encourage you to contact us about any concerns you may have about patient care and safety at our hospital.
We take your concerns seriously. For that reason, Good Samaritan's leadership team asks that you contact them directly to discuss any issues or questions. Please call us Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. at: 630.275.2273. After normal business hours, please call our hospital operator at 630.275.5900, and ask to speak with the nursing supervisor on duty. They can communicate your concerns to us during off hours, so we can respond promptly and work to resolve your issue.
If your concerns cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we encourage you to contact the Joint Commission.
