It takes 12 months to have a healthy baby.
Develop a healthy lifestyle three months before your pregnancy and you give your baby and yourself the best opportunity for good health. The period of greatest sensitivity for the developing fetus is between 17 and 56 days after conception. During these early weeks the baby's major organs are formed.
