We take your concerns seriously. For that reason, Good Shepherd's leadership team asks that you contact them directly to discuss any issues or questions. Please call us, Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm, at: 1.847.842.4006. Let our administrative support team answering your call know that you have a concern about patient care and safety that you need to discuss.
After normal business hours, please call our hospital operator, at: 1.847.381.9600, and ask to speak with the nursing supervisor on duty. They can communicate your concerns to us during off hours, so we can respond promptly and work to resolve your issue.
