A FREE Support Group for those who have had or are considering bariatric surgery (lap band, gastric sleeve or gastric bypass). Discussions range from nutrition and supplement information to an open discussion for guests to share experiences. The group is led by a registered nurse, nutritionist and a doctor is available for questions.

All meetings are held from 11am-12pm at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in the Lakeview Room, just inside the main hospital entrance. There will also be a free informational seminar on bariatric surgery at 9:30am.
Complementary valet parking is available under the canopy at the main hospital entrance.
Registration is not required.
