Good Shepherd Hospital Health & Fitness Center's Specialty Classes are open to the community; participation requires advance registration. Class fees apply. Most classes run in 6-week sessions. View the 2009 session dates.
Registration is available the week before each session begins and continues through the first week of the class. To register for a specialty class stop by the Service Desk at Good Shepherd Hospital Health & Fitness Center or call 847.620.4500.
Instructors
Our instructors are certified through one or more of the following organizations:
- Aquatic Exercise Association
- U.S. Water Fitness Association
- Moms in Motion
- American Council on Exercise
- Aerobics & Fitness Assn. of America
- PADI
- Chek Institute
Each instructor maintains their level of skill through continuing education in the areas of their expertise.
Child Care
Childcare is available on-site at Good Shepherd Hospital Health & Fitness Center's Kids Klub for a nominal fee. Reservations are required and must be made 24 hours in advance. Call the Kids Klub at 847.620.4520 for pricing information and availability.
