Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital offers a number of programs to help you, your partner and family members prepare for your pregnancy and new baby. Discuss the adjustments of your new life as a mom with other new mothers. This class should be taken during the first three months with your newborn.
Yoga After Baby
Join other moms for stretching, exercise and relaxation while incorporating gentle yoga techniques. Babies are welcome to attend (6 weeks to pre-crawlers). A physician's note is required.
This free breast feeding support group is held every Monday from 12:30-2 at Good Shepherd Hospital. Registration is not required.
